서비스 이용약관

1. 약관 동의 및 변경
본 약관은 JudgeFlow("서비스")를 이용하는 모든 사용자에게 적용됩니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. 당사는 법률 변경이나 서비스 개선을 위해 본 약관을 수정할 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 게시합니다.
2. 이용 자격 및 계정 책임
- 이용 자격: 귀하는 본 계약을 체결할 법적 능력이 있음을 보증해야 합니다.
- 계정 관리: 귀하는 본인의 계정 자격 증명의 기밀을 유지할 책임이 있으며, 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 책임을 집니다.
- 정보 정확성: 제공하는 정보는 정확하고 완전해야 하며 변경 시 즉시 업데이트해야 합니다.
3. 서비스의 목적 및 허용된 이용
JudgeFlow는 대회 생성, 심사위원 배정, 실시간 채점 및 리포트 생성을 목적으로 합니다. 관리자는 본인이 생성한 대회의 운영에 대한 전권을 가지며 그 결과에 책임을 집니다.
4. 금지된 활동
허위 대회 생성, 보안 조치 우회, 무단 데이터 크롤링, 서버 부하 유발 및 타인의 지적 재산권 침해 행위 시 계정이 일시 중단되거나 해지될 수 있습니다.
5. 유료 서비스 및 결제
특정 기능 이용을 위해 인앱 결제가 필요할 수 있습니다. 디지털 콘텐츠 특성상 환불은 앱스토어의 정책을 따르며, 이용료는 사전 통지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.
6. 데이터의 소유 및 이용 (AI 기술 활용)
귀하가 업로드한 데이터의 소유권은 귀하에게 있습니다. 단, 당사는 효율성을 위해 AI를 사용하여 문서 정보를 추출할 수 있으며, 대회 종료 후 데이터는 비식별화된 상태로 보관될 수 있습니다.
7. 지적 재산권
JudgeFlow의 디자인, 소스 코드, 로고 등은 당사의 독점적 자산이며 법적 보호를 받습니다. 무단 복제 및 배포를 금지합니다.
8. 책임의 제한 (중요)
당사는 심사위원이 입력한 점수의 주관적 판단이나 결과의 정확성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 최종 결과 확인 책임은 관리자에게 있으며, 불가항력적인 시스템 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 해지 및 이용 제한
사용자는 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 약관 위반 시 당사는 사전 통지 없이 서비스 접근을 제한할 권리를 보유합니다.
10. 준거법 및 관할권
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. Agreement and Changes
These Terms apply to all users of JudgeFlow. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, and significant changes will be notified via in-app announcements.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- Eligibility: You warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- Management: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Purpose and Permitted Use
JudgeFlow is intended for contest creation, judging, and reporting. Administrators have full authority and responsibility for the contests they create.
4. Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent contests, bypassing security, unauthorized data scraping, or infringing IP rights may result in account termination.
5. Paid Services and Payments
In-app purchases may be required. Refunds follow app store policies, and fees may change with prior notice.
6. Data Ownership (AI Technology)
You retain ownership of your data. We may use AI to extract information from uploaded documents. Data may be stored anonymously after contests.
7. Intellectual Property
Design, source code, and logos are the exclusive property of JudgeFlow. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability (Important)
We are not responsible for subjective judging results or accuracy. Final verification is the Administrator's responsibility. We are not liable for force majeure interruptions.
9. Termination
Users may delete accounts at any time. We reserve the right to restrict access upon violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Seoul Central District Court.
