1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
JudgeFlow는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집합니다.
- 앱관리자: 표시 이름, 이메일(구글 계정의 이메일만 가능)
- 심사위원: 표시 이름, 이메일
- 참가팀: 선수명, 팀명(선택적), 소속 클럽(선택적), 이메일 (선택적)
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
수집된 정보는 서비스 제공과 유지 및 개선에 사용됩니다. 또한 대회 운영, 심사 결과 기록 및 통계 분석을 위해서 사용됩니다.
서비스를 이용함으로써 정보 사용에 동의 하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
3. 개인정보의 공유 및 제공
JudgeFlow는 이용자의 개인정보를 명시한 범위 내에서만 사용하며, 사전 동의 없이는 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
- 결제 처리: 구글 플레이 인앱 결제 서비스 제공을 위해 Google LLC에 관련 정보 제공
- 인프라 및 분석: 서비스 유지 및 분석을 위해 Google Firebase 이용
- 비즈니스 파트너: 앱 관리자가 지정한 심사위원 및 관련 파트너에게 대회 진행에 필요한 범위 내 공유
- 법률 준수: 수사기관의 적법한 절차에 따른 요구가 있는 경우
4. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기
원칙적으로 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기되나, 대회 데이터 무결성을 위해 비식별화 처리 후 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 삭제 요청: help.judgeflow@gmail.com 으로 요청 시 본인 확인 후 30일 내 조치
5. 개인정보의 보관 및 기간
계정 활성화 동안 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기를 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 생성된 대회 데이터 및 심사 결과는 역사적 가치와 통계 분석을 위해 비식별화(익명화) 처리 후 무기한 보관될 수 있습니다.
6. 정책 변경 및 고지 의무
중요한 변경 사항은 본 페이지 또는 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 고지하며, 변경된 정책은 게시일로부터 효력이 발생합니다.

1. Personal Information Collected
JudgeFlow collects the following personal information to provide its services:
- App Administrator: Display name, Email (Google account email only)
- Judges: Display name, Email
- Participants/Teams: Athlete name, Team name (Optional), Club affiliation (Optional), Email (Optional)
2. Purpose of Use
The collected information is used to provide, maintain, and improve the service, as well as for contest management and statistical analysis.
By using the service, you are deemed to have consented to the use of your information.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not provide information to third parties without prior consent, except for:
- Payment: Google LLC for In-app purchases
- Infrastructure: Google Firebase for analytics and maintenance
- Business Partners: Judges and partners designated by the admin for contest progress
- Compliance: Legal requests in accordance with law
4. Retention and Destruction
Personal information is destroyed immediately upon account deletion. However, judging records may be stored in an anonymized format.

5. Data Storage and Duration
Personal data is kept as long as the account is active. Contest data and results may be stored indefinitely for historical value after being de-identified (anonymized).
6. Policy Changes
Updates will be notified through this page or in-app notices. Continued use of the service implies agreement to the updated policy.
